Return/ Refund Policy

RETURN

Before you make any purchase make sure you read our return and exchange policy. Items purchased from wiwarz are eligible for return and exchange if you will send the return and exchange request with in 24 hour of delivery. You must contact us with in 24hour of receiving your product. All Sales after the 24hour window has passed are final. And No case can be opened. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note that In COD order we will'nt accept your return request . Return request will be available on prepaid orders.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our Shop.


REFUND

Please return your product in the same condition as it was shipped if the product are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note : Refund / Bank Transfer are only Applicable for prepaid orders / online payments Made on your website

Exchange : Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, No further actions such as exchange or refund would be Applicable on that order.

Non Refundable / Non Returnable items
Shipping charges are Non Refundable / we can't accept return on Discount coupon and Sales items.
